Eggs are high in a memory buillding vitamin called choline.

-Fish ( atleast two fish meals a week )
Fish contain important brain-building fat.

-Green, orange, yellow and puple fruits and vegetables
These foods are reach in antioxidant that can protect brain cell against damage, as well potassium, which helps prevent mental fatigue.

-Lean meat ( beef and poultry )
These foods are high in iron; deficiencies of iron impair learning and memory.

-Whole-grain and iron fortified cereals
These foods are excellent source of carbohydrates, which are required for sharp mental performance.
