What are we efficient at.? What is the use of all those computers?

This PSRS failed to keep its word by not placing people according to where they've chosen and interviewed at. Why create another problem of transfers? Why not minimize them(transfers)?

The new employees are hardly fresh from school. Some are married somewhere. Some have built somewhere. It would be verry convenient and wise to try and use what database say not simply randomly assorting people.

Anyway not personal, we realize that they have tried to handle and processa lot of recruits in such a short amount of time, under a tremendous pressure to perform. Not in quality, but in the number of people they cover. Congratulations on the work so far. The computers, even AI have a potential to help at this I believe. Next time prepare more.
