You should resolve your ethnicity problems for President Obama to come to Kenya, save for your top leaders to come clean before the ICC. I hope you got the message when President Obama responded to a question posed from Kenya.

Responding to a question from Kenya, President Obama said, "But what's also true, I won't deny, is that Kenya just had an election. I was very proud to see the restraint in which the election was held. We did not see a repeat of the violence that we saw in the last election. But with a new administration that's also having to manage some of the international issues around the ICC, I did not think it was the optimal time for me to visit".

By the way, Tanzania - USA relationship started way back from Mwl JK Nyerere and JF Kennedy era (more than 50 years ago).

Tanzanians are talking about this issue more than Kenyans. The thing is, Tanzanians want to force things n make it look like we(Kenyans) are mad........lol. You've had past visits by American presidents but what did it change? We receive more visits by CEOs of of big companies while you've always received more visits by politicians and you can see the results by yourselves - our economy is still bigger than yours despite the fact that you have more resources.

Tanzania in earnest do have a thing to celebrate; this ain't boot licking. As a Kenyan i wish u well, utilize the resource afforded well, i hope they are grants and not loans or resource thuggery.

If Obama did set foot in Kenya, Kenyans would equally be elated....we did a holiday on his first election just to show him love. His second election was closely followed too though no holiday. Guess fate wasn't on our side maybe.....

I wont pretend to smile; there's nothing to smile about. Uhuru needs a miracle to take off our economy.....seems strikes planned for this year alone will slow him to a meager 3% GDP growth. Considering the first half nothing considerable happened, elections/strikes, its a plus if he surpases that.

Me thinks the Kenyan Market is effectively under an observe and assess phase for the coming two weeks or so.

Something i have come to note from Kenyans, esp from a certain political affiliation, is that they will grudgingly rush for your jugular if u state the obvious. Try avoiding the stress.....read em comments n ignore.

Bro. I have no regrets of Obama not stepping foot in kenya. very few critical questions have to be asked concerning Obama's presidency. Obama is the first US president out of 44 that has legized same-sex marriages in California. guess what? He is black? That is the best of what the continent of Africa has to offer the world# a black president that advocates for homosexuality!
