Calm down, Kenyans; Tanzania is flying!

Naskia washaita barabara moja kule Dar Barrack Obama drive....hawa watanzania wajinga kweli.
It is unfortunate that you Kenyans mnawaona watanzania ni wajinga sana. But the fact of the matter is nyie ndio wajinga wakubwa and we know that!Kilia kitu nyie kipo kwenye tribal lines..from politics to sports. It is even hard to identify what Kenya is.....but rather Luo,Kamba or Kikuyu.Juzi hapa mlichoma Taifa lenu..and as we speak your President and his VP have criminal charges to answer! What happens kama your president na VP watafungwa?Na kwanini mlichagua mtu ambaye ana a pending criminal case? Now that is stupid!

Kabaridi, bro i share your views on LGBT and point of origin of Obama partly, but my issues aren't along those lines, no country in Africa with a sane leadership will promote same sex marriage without being a stooge first, Kenyans are certainly not.

My only issue with the trip is how our Kenya administration reacted, they would have simply given the man a total black out. Declaring some form of hostile attitude to the WEST is more damaging in terms of business opportunities and direct investment, indeed, Obama was not only leading his agenda but a business delegation to Tz. I find the crooked ways of trying to pass the message at all costs to be counterproductive. Or is it ICC?lol.
We could go east without announcing we are, the cabinet secretary, Foreign Affairs needed not to clarify that issue, the west would have upped their game and jostled to get back in the game. Or was Kenya under any imminent threat? Lol

Neither did the country that elected him name a road after him, prevent it's people from travelling to its most important city just because of him nor fill the whole city with banners of him. Think about it.

You know what though...that too was stupid as fcuk.

lol, am not sure whether I should call it irony or hypocrisy......asking Kenyans to bring back the economy to its people while celebrating the likelyhood of foreign investors taking over Tanzania. I think this must be the dumbest post from tge dumbest member on this forum.

I have lived with some Kenyans abroad and I noted that they are always like "Nairobiwalker"!! wanapenda unnecessary prestige na debate zisizo na mbele wala nyuma no doubt they always slaughtering themselves (even now in the northwest provinces). I remember they could sometimes say they are strongest economy in the east Africa, they have so and so but this was irrelevant to their look. They looked even poorer than Tanzanians, poor roads connecting regions comparing to Tanzania. But Tanzanian were always calm as they always look. Surprisingly, We had a single chairman representing all Tanzanians in that city, but for Kenyans each tribe had their chairperson and I could spend most of the time reconciling them as they kept fighting jst because they belonged to different tribes. I personally don't see the reason to continue arguing on Obama visit as no matter what he remains to be American. Let us build our countries and love each other!

Wewe sijui nani NairobiWalker sasa mbona umekasirika mpaka unatetemeka?

Yes you have luos in Tz but Barrack Obama senior was not Tanzanian. live with it.[/QUOTE
I think it is high time Kenyan to start looking at Obama as a president of America and not a Luo or a Kenyan President.
Tanzania are not tribalist like Kenyan

Every time Tanzanian ------ run out of ideas and points they resort to insults and baseless generalizations like this.

If you have been following tourism news you will note that Kenya has been loudly going east ever since the eurozone crisis and the pronouncements have been as loud during the Kibaki era, the only thing that has changed is that any such pronouncement by the current regime will always be judged by 'choices have consequences'.

Mkuu,I think what is ailing kenya right now and needs urgent attention is the replenishment of our weakened capacities of our institutions to offer leadership more than our economic capacity. If we can strengthen these, then we are going to gain big time. Part of the political class that has all along being crying for a new constitution whose main theme is DEVOLUTION/separation of powers, is now finding devolution a big burden to handle. indeed, politics is quite lazy!

....Govt services can only benefit the mwanachi if devolution is practised by less politically focused individuals. The political class have clung on to devolving politics at the expense of service...

...Currently, there are immense abuses of elective positions and a violent antipathy towards our clinched democratic precept through an obsession for lawlessness in the name of 'reforms'..Reformers understand, this ploy, that a violent antipathy, towards institutions only serves to weaken them..
Uhuru needs a miracle to take off our economy.....seems strikes planned for this year alone will slow him to a meager 3% GDP growth.
...Once This is strengthened and in order, then Uhuru, does not need a miracle to avert a non-rational antipathy against Devolution of resources to cater for the Kenyan mwanachi...

....It always takes the vote of the common mwananchi to crack the whip on forces against development...

...Bro, on the contrary Kenya has never cracked; Our market has stood the test of time, During the political crisis of 08/07, the economic growth has continued to show steadiness (with the world bank only emphasizing positive forecast), even, Amidst taming alshabaab menace, and travel advisories, the investment destination of choice, to date remains kenya...

The massive expansion and improvements in infrastructure developments has only diverted the course of publicity to Kenya..
..Tz maybe the new EA 'Kid on the block' according to Washington, but bro there also needs to be tangible infrastructure on the ground to sustain and support real economic achievements...
.....Hehehe! I think by now we have out-grown relying on overtones that still remain a cog to decolonization...

... in 1975, russian and chinese overt investment programes had completely out-foxed US programes, in Congo, Angola & TZ Using the port of TZ to bring goods towards the south. By Ole man looking east, It only increases the levels of healthy competition...Healthy competition by the russians and the Chinese in TZ and southern african nations made the US opt out...

it is the same ideology at play here, seeking to neutralize western bigotry..if, it is completely neutralized by the inclusion of china and russia, then the doubting thomases will always maintain their pronouncements that 'choices have consequences'...The ICC intonations can only continue to get louder by illuminating the ramifications of Uhuru and ruto being in power.

...Manipulation of tariffs rates for electricity can be curbed If, more modes of electricity generation can be sourced, like increasing the capacity for the production of geo-thermal electricity, wind energy, and including the controversial nuclear program which our colleagues in EA have shown great interest and are on the verge of acquiring! All addressed in vision2030...

There are no crooked ways to pass the message. The reaction by our administration to the Obama snub was based on the confidence of having the mwananchis mandate. Infact, the Proclamation against LGBT has been 'respect our culture'...
...What is being peddled is a perception that only US programs in Africa, have the ability to boost local economic capacities. This is only applicable to countries that are unable to create ways of sourcing for more funding for the creation of basic infrastructure needed...and therefore it is the duty of wealthier nations to jump in and strengthen their democracy.

The coming real test for the survival of any EA country economically is to create and nurture market strength using local available resources at their disposal as opposed to reliance on financial aid in 'billions' that leaves corrupt cabals within the govt and other private sectors massaging their egos...

If you're not Kenyan, why are you so concerned with how Kenya reacts towards actions done by other governments that does not involve or affect Tanzania or Tanzanians?
