Can the STAR TV face legal actions against Hon EDWARD LOWASSA?

Currently there is a video clip being played on StarTv channel before and after news broadcast. The clip plays an audio speech of the late Mwalimu Nyerere warning Tanzanians against joining hands with corrupts political aspirants who goes around offering bribes as a means to attract voters in their favor.

Alongside with that clip, and this where my concern lies, There is a display of emages of events portraying one of the currently ongoing presidential candidates, Hon Lowassa, handing over donations raised during some several fundraising events he happened to be invited and attended as a guest of honor, impliedly depicting that the donations so handed were by all intents a corrupt deals.

The clip ends by a statement or rather warning, 'DONT BE DECEIVED, literally "MSIDANGANYIKE".

My concern here, what legal implication(s) could this have on STARTV?

Surely there exists two causes of action,
ONE, the station can be sued on defamation,
TWO, It can be sued for cyber crime offences.

Also, the station can be joined with CCM, and sued for offences against The Election Act (T).
