How comes a party with over 25 years in the game falls short to make mere predictions of some events that may harm their political journey?

A week ago the court ruled in favour of CHADEMA when it scrapped objections Halima and 18 special seat MPs. After the court's rule CHADEMA lawyers and other senior officials were caught in bliss over the rule eagerly expecting an imminent expulsion of Halima and others from the parliament by the speaker.

Little did they know they were fooling themselves. CHADEMA has a bunch of lawyers, experienced with big names too. How come they failed to anticipate what happened today?

You have just decided to pin blame to Chadema!! Faiure is usually an end result. I for one, expected you to write down things they did or not do that brought about the failure!!

If I may ask, are you blaming Chadema for the court’s ruling? For Mdee et al’s filing of a new filing?? What about praising them for putting forward objections that led to the court’s ruling??

Pretty soon you will learn everything happens for reasons other than Chadema’s failures or strengths! There was no way they could stop the filing of a different/new court case and if they tried, you, Yes, you would have come from a different angle with “Chadema do not upload rule of law” or something with similar taste!!

Thank you very much .

Of course everyone anticipated Dr Tulia to make the final decision as per the day the ruling was made, unfortunately the speaker was buying time whilst Mdee & Co were making plans to seek the court's attention yet again.

Should we revisit the history, Zitto went to court to challenge the party's decision to cease his membership. Consequently, we all know what happened and it was the end of the road for him.

Buying time will never help Halima and crew to avoid justice. Whether it's 2022 or 2025 time eventually will arrive and the courts will decide, any ruling will seal the political fate of the 19 into oblivion.

Endeleeni kuwajaza upepo tu wanapoteza muda.

Yes, I wish you'd say more responding to the accusations raised against your party.
Did you forget that you are chadema's mouthpiece on this forum?
Which accusations? Fired MPs seeking court interpretation amounts to "accusations" for CHADEMA??

Let's get real, the court just withheld any ruling pending due process in court. That is normal but what matters is that whether they win in court a fresh hearing will be done in "Baraza Kuu" and they will be chased again and again.

I wonder which party will sponsor them come 2025! They will be doomed and thus perish in infinite political oblivion just as Mashinji and Dr Slaa vaporized.

Nacho mpendea p, hanaga baya atakuja kulike post yako.

Today's court decision is not CHADEMA'S fault, why are you blaming them for the lack of anticipation or celebrating too earaly?

They won the first round after the court threw out covid19 case. On that day those ladies lost the right to be MP'S of Parliament but speaker had other ideas instead of upholding the rule of law.

The party has always taken a clear position with relation to Mdee and her team,so please stop the blame game and open your eyes. The state is protecting this gang of thieves who are being paid our hard earned tax money illegally.

Uh-Oh!
I can tell the purpose of this jabbering about is simply showing off mastery of the Queen's tongue, which incidentally, still falls short!

The piece does not explain what CHADEMA was expected to do or did not do!

In short, it is a mere engagement in ado about nothing. A waste of time writing or reading it.

Anyone would be out of their mind questioning the ability of that panel of advocates.
