Which accusations? Fired MPs seeking court interpretation amounts to "accusations" for CHADEMA??

Let's get real, the court just withheld any ruling pending due process in court. That is normal but what matters is that whether they win in court a fresh hearing will be done in "Baraza Kuu" and they will be chased again and again.

I wonder which party will sponsor them come 2025! They will be doomed and thus perish in infinite political oblivion just as Mashinji and Dr Slaa vaporized.

Political situational for an individual or party or country as whole is unpredictable especially for Tanzania, you can not conclude that, they will be in bad situation politicaly just b'cause the chadema party will not be sponsor them, they may be in better situation even that party itself as it depends on political situation and what happen in btn b4 2025, you just stay tuned b4 you get ruined yourself

They're special seats who can easily be replaced by elite female politicians groomed by BAWACHA. Apart from Mdee and Bulaya who else can make it in CCM?? who has the political muscles to outwit thousands of opportunistic politicians in CCM?

That's why I'm saying just as Zitto and Dr Slaa faded, Halima will fade and end up being a DC in an isolated district never to have the political influence again.

How comes a party with over 25 years in the game falls short to make mere predictions of some events that may harm their political journey?

A week ago the court ruled in favour of CHADEMA when it scrapped objections Halima and 18 special seat MPs. After the court's rule CHADEMA lawyers and other senior officials were caught in bliss over the rule eagerly expecting an imminent expulsion of Halima and others from the parliament by the speaker.

Little did they know they were fooling themselves. CHADEMA has a bunch of lawyers, experienced with big names too. How come they failed to anticipate what happened today?

What is your advice on this circumstance and the way forward.

Let's put it into context, Zitto garnered 90,000 votes nationwide, Mbowe gathered a staggering 6 Million votes in 2015.

CHADEMA had 1 Mp In Kigoma by the time Zitto resigned and after the 2015 elections they attained 1 Mp in Kigoma.

However the home turf of Mbowe i.e. Kilimanjaro CHADEMA won a record 5 MPs!!! Whilst Zitto so called home turf he didn't gain any new seat rather inherited his lone seat!!!

Flash forward to 2020, Zitto failed even to field a presidential candidate and in fact he had to support CHADEMA candidate. Based on the fraud election results CHADEMA garnered almost 2 Million votes compared to ACT which had less than 80 thousand votes, in fact Membe garnered same votes as NRA Candidate........ can you imagine!! 😂😂😂.

Need I say more?? Zitto in CHADEMA was no match to any opposition or CCM politician however just as Kafulila and Machali they committed political suicide by desserting CHADEMA.
