Speaking to a section of Kenyan politicians on Tuesday, October 30, China's Acting Ambassador Li Xuhang confirmed Kenya's department of fisheries had served their consulate with letter imposing ban of importation of fish from their market.
"We have received letter from the department of fisheries canceling all fish importation applications from China. The move is shocking and we could respond to it the was we did with the US after it imposed tariffs on goods from our markets," Xuhang said.
The department of fisheries was prompted to make the notice by President Uhuru Kenyatta's proposal to government officials to devise creative means to ensure Chinese fish which had flooded local market does not get into the country.

I will not engage in a meaningless discussion with you. We have heard flyovers since early 90s, Waiyaki way dual carriage, Thika dual carriage, these were roads built in the late 80s and early 90s, more recently Thika Highway, construction started in 2008,nioneshe flyover iliojengwa kenya 10 yrs back unajua wakat mwengine punguzeni ujinga flyover zenyewe za kupanga matofali cheap kabisa alaf unataka kufungua mdomo hapa

You must be stupid, I clearly differentiate then on my post #83 above, I ask you to do the same, instead of differentiating you are defining them, purely failed state brainππππ Typical Bongolala reasoning, you didn't know what they were before i explained. Then you result to insults. If you knew better you would have illustrated as i did.
Facts are disputed with better facts, incorrect numbers with accurate numbers.
I cannot believe am discussing the meaning of basic English words. It would have been better if we were arguing about types of interchanges.
Kwenye fly-over tuko dunia nyingine kabisa. Asanta vulcan. Hiyo jamaa wachana nayo. Itakusumbua sana. Hajui maana ya interchange. Hii debate ilianza venye nilimuuliza maana ya interchange coz alikuwa anaambia pingli-nywee ati Kenya haina interchange. Huyo ni brain-dead zombie, wachana na yeye. What is the definition of an inter-change in Tanzania ?? because, in civil engineering --
an interchange is a road junction that uses grade separation, and typically one or more ramps, to permit traffic on at least one highway to pass through the junction without interruption from any other crossing traffic stream.
next to the term grade separation,
A grade separator is a general term.
A flyover is a special case and an example of a grade separator.
Flyover is a popular term used by the public.
Grade separator is a technical term used by Engineers.
Grade separators in general are arrangements where traffic from various directions crossing at a junction are allowed to cross each other at different heights.
Grade separators can include flyovers, (or over-passes), underpasses, tunnels, road or rail bridges. The term is used to differentiate it from a level crossing or traffic intersection with signals, roundabouts, diamond crossings etc.
All flyovers are grade separators. All grade separators are not necessarily flyovers.
I hope this is clear.
true, very thick minded..even a simple google search would be sufficientAsanta vulcan. Hiyo jamaa wachana nayo. Itakusumbua sana. Hajui maana ya interchange.
