NOTICE
REOPENING OF THE CAMPUS COLLEGES AT SONGEA
ST JOSEPH COLLEGE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and
ST JOSEPH COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
All the students of both the colleges in Songea are hereby informed that the colleges
will reopen after the closure as per the time table mentioned below.
1. The first year degree of both the colleges will reopen on Thursday, the 6
th
February, 2014.
2. The second year degree of both the colleges will reopen on Wednesday, the
12
th
February, 2014.
3. The third year degree of SJCIT, Songea will reopen on Monday, the 17
th
February, 2014.
4. The fourth year degree of SJCIT, Songea will reopen on Friday, the 21
th
February, 2014.
The students will be allowed to attend the classes on giving an undertaking in writing,
expressing their willingness to continue the studies in the college and adhere to the
University Rules, Regulations and By-Laws. They are also hereby advised to pay their
fee dues before seeking entry.
The students who have signed the undertaking and cleared the fee dues shall collect
the
ADMISSION CARD
from the Vice Principal- Academic.
Possession of the Admission card is a prerequisite for entering the classes.
