Ubaya tu ni...we put up such beautiful buildings but then the poor roads ,sidewalks don't match the beauty.My heart sinks when i see roads in Upper Hill ,Westlands and poorly maintained sidewalks downtown.

very true...the private sector is doing well but govt? terrible...you will find a beautiful building like this one but the streets outside, very disappointing. for instance, the road that feeds UAP Tower does not even have street lights and the road looks like a murram road...🙁🙁🙁 very sad...other places unapata vibanda za mabati and right next to it is africa's second tallest building...🙁🙁🙁 some places CBD look like Mathare coz of the poor unkempt streets...honestly, what do these idiots do when they get elected?

oh yes...i think sonko with the support of the govt will improve those streets...especially if Upperhill is to compete with Sandton..

I don't place much hope in Sonko but i place my faith in his more skillful deputy Mr Igathe. Kumbuka Sonko is a man of the hawkers ,the riff raffs and the common man so he's not well equipped with the high standards of world class culture .Believe me there's folks from low class neighborhoods who view such poor work as "just normal"
Its a big shame that so many multinationals are placing their African headquarters in Nairobi only to be greated by such murram quality roads in Upper Hill ,flooded streets in Westi and very poor city services.
