You will find two Lab guys who can do common blood,stool, urine tests, registers nurse and their aides and A clinical officer who heads the hospital but also doubles as a diagnostician, you will also find one or two nurses who also double and are certified midwife's but if there is any complication that needs C-section, they will transfere you to another hospital.Sijakuelewa, inamaana the lower level hospitals have no doctors?

Pathogenicity of cholera which may also be called as cholera development starts when Vibrio cholerae is introduced into the body by an appropriate vector, this is then followed by activities of immune systems that are specific and adaptive immune system which may either eradicate the agent or fail to do so.
