Media was flooded with news that Dar has unveiled E.A tallest building and that time Hass was projected at 201 metres for the taller strucure while the sister shorter arm was rendered at 137m.Seeing this,Meinhard,a global engineering firm which is providing MEP services for hass tower revised the scheme to upto 330m for the office tower and 201 for Hilton hotel as the shorter arm.Months later,Avic international announced its plans for yet another mammoth project comprising of 6 towers being erected at the same venue,much taller in Nairobi bearing offices at over 185 metres in nairobi skyline.Hospitality industries has continued to grow and at the second quarter of 2016,Montave announced plans for another titanic development in Upper hill comprising of 2 main towers and other residential developments ,barely 200m from Hass development and as we see this developments,plans by Lordship Africa are at advanced stages for the development of a 44 storey structure in upper hill
Now,imo Tz morons need to take a chill pill and shut up and ideally embrace Nairobi as Africas skyscraper city!!!
