By the time the LAPSET is complete I see Isiolo growing into a big city. Probably the next Nairobi in the making.

Aha haaa.
The pipe lines are strategic project of its own kind. They never attract third party enterprises in places pass through like the road and the like do. Probably because they run underground. I'm talking through experience.
