So far Kenya has had a better deal compared to Tanzania right from the quality of line to the stations. I personally would actually prefer a 25 ton design to a heavy duty railroads that stations in an inland depot.I think 35 is for those that go into say mines or cement factories..

our SGR is no way to be compared to urs! Electrify ur SGR first! This was KR n ur ministry of transport's promise last time they talked about electrification of mtambo wa chang'aa!
