KPA should adoped using LED street lights to conserve energy cost . Using energy saving also increases efficient utilization of electricity asmore electricity will be available for other uses.
Infact, the whole of Kenyan govt should ban the manufatcuring or importation of non efficient bulbs and lights, instead we should give tenders to the likes of Philips,LG to set up plants in Kenya to supply street lights exclusively thereby generating jobs to youth.
