its ur opinion my friend but on African realities none of u fools can afford any of those modern equipments by Chinese to put into works the technology ur fellows acquired! As a matter of fact no Kenyan was allowed to operate those massive cranes for ur viaduct at Athi River!
Fool for us technological transfer is crucial! Global known construction company Yap Merkezi has all those equipments but we r after technological transfer! Mind u our TPDF engineers r also involved in the SGR construction! What important our SGR has capacity to carry wagons with axle load of 35 tonnes while urs is 25 tonnes!
