ila moja ya kulia kabisa ni NGR na groundfloor! Huo mstari mweusi picha ya kwanza ni paa la platform ya viaduct! Pembeni yake kulia kuna paa la platform ya narrow gauge railway ambayo ipo groundfloor!

Swali langu ni hiyo line ya tatu itafikiwa vp na abiria? Watavukaje SGR ya kati? Au kutakuwa na airbridge nyingine? Au kutakuwa na tunnel kuifikia reli ya pili toka mjengoni?

Au pia inaweza kuwa imetoka depot kuja ku-ireplace hii nyingine then itapaki hapo mpaka train 1 itakapokwenda depot then itabadili reli na kuja kubeba abiria hapo kwenye boarding platform tunaposema ni train 1. Bila ya station kuwa na flexibility ya namna hio, traffic na overall utilisation efficiency itakuwa chini na watumiaji wataanza kulalamika pale train itakapopatwa

Sio lender ni Render haya ni maneno mawili tofauti kbs.Kwenye kiswahili R na L tunazidi kuvavanga,huku kwny kingereza tutaumbuka.Mfano Rose na Lose.Makosa kama haya hubadili maana kbs.

Nimejaribu kufikiri sana hapo kupata logic kwa nini kuwe na treni mbili zimepaki kwny viaduct afu moja iko redundant kulikuwa na sababu gani ya msingi ya kuzipandisha zote mbili hapo juu?!!Maana hata kuileta hiyo nyingine upande wa pili kwny platform kwa ajili ya kupakia abiria itakuwa ni ka'process.Pia hapo kutakuwa na abiria wanaowasili na kuondoka tukiwachanganya kwa wkt mmoja hata kama ni kwa muda mfupi ni mziki kdg. Mimi nafikiri zile ngazi za nje zinazoonekana kwa nje zinaweza kuwa ni kwa ajili ya outlet ya abiria wanaowasili maana they have nothing to do with Terminal Building kivile na hata kama kuna verification zinaweza fanyika juu kbs au pale chini ya ngazi kama kuna ulazima huo.Ila sasa inabidi kuwe na mazingira rafiki kwa ajili ya kupumzika abiria wanaosubiri wenyeji wao.Kuna wengine watafika usiku they need to stay longer hadi kunakucha ndo waende makwao.Ni mtazamo tu.

kwa design ninayoiona, inakaa treni zitakazowasili abiria watatokea nje ya jengo moja kwa moja yaani exit gates zitakutoa nje kwenda parking lots au bus stand!
 
Still kwa kuangalia huu urefu sioni sababu ya kujenga Isaka Mtukula Kampala kabla ya Isaka-Keza-Kigali itakayofungua fursa za DRC! Sioni umuhimu huo ikiwa kuna ferry zinajengwa mpya! Hili mtanisamehe sioni logic yake kabla ya kujenga ya Kigali-DRC! at the moment 55% of cargo from a mining DRC comes go through Dar port! These three countries have already signed SGR agreement with us plus they have done a feasibility! Should we leave behind because of Uganda that his position is not known? Where is Uganda's agreement with Tanzania on SGR? Unless Uganda crude oil was to be transported via SGR but there is already a pipeline being worked on! The economics don't make sense for now!

See how Burundi, Rwanda and DRC r committed! Should we leave this aside just because of a costly Uganda's route and yet their plans for SGR r pretty different from ours?







Kwangu mimi the Uganda route should be the last to be acinstructed after routes to Burundi, DRC and Rwanda as they r more resolved and committed to central corridor! We should not leave them in despair!

Mkakati ushawekwa mzee na route za Isaka-Kigali na Isaka-Mwanza ndo zinaanza! Nyie wa Bukoba mtangoja! The Jewel in the room is eastern DRC as has numerous mining activites n 55% of their cargo uses Dar port n also Rwanda at 90% of their cargo! Uganda ambao only 10% of their cargo goes to Dar port hawako committed na SGR kutoka Tanzania na tayari kuna meli mbili na ya tatu inakuja (Budget 2020-2021) kupitia lake Victoria! Waganda wana meli mbili za kubeba mabehewa!
