Paulo Sergio De Souz, you can`t spread credit to everyone, it wouldn`t make sense. There must be somebody to take it for the team. After all Dre didn`t call a press conference and give all the credit to himself, it`s just a perception from Media and other people. Even Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are given way too much credit for stuff done by other people. It is what it is, a matter of who`s at the power position.
Scott Storch said during an interview on Vlad TV that "Still Dre" was a co-production between him and Dre and actually Jay Z wrote a "reference track" for the song and not actual lyrics.
Jimmy Iovine may be the one who conceived the idea of "Beats by Dre" but its Dre`s name on those headphones that moves units and that is all that matters. If the headphones were called "Beats by Iovine" I`m sure nobody would have cared.
