Elections 2010 Counting vote at the polling station

guys can someone help me out as to WHY in our elections we dont give results right at the polling station???????? if at all MAWAKALA na wasimamizi wapo why not after voting they dont count right there and give results to wananchi? do you think there is hidden aganda behind the scene. I am just worried that transporting votes from a pollling station without counting them may lead to seriuos damage, whoever knows how NEC deal with this can he or she talk of something, because we want this time around no fixing fixing -we need votes to be counted right at the polling station and give results of that poling station right there this is crucial part of voting and transparency towards anouncing the winner. Any opinions guys!!!!! We hope the one who has worn the tender to make ballots to cast votes is honest and integrity
