Mtalo is forefront pushing for this for years -- which, if successful, will provide for policies and procedures of making geospatial data freely and publicly available. Other Open Data Initiatives exist as well. Let's keep fingers crossed that they succeed.I believe it does just that. But here is the question why don't we in Tanzania have something like that the public consumption? It doesn't make sense that data from other countries is at your finger tips. But the one from your own country is nowhere to be found.

They have issued EUA for anthrax, ebola, enterovirus, H7N9 influenza, and Middle East respiratory syndrome. So the process isn't that new. Besides, anything you do in life involves some risks. So there are risks taking vaccine. But the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
