When we banned your fake gas we simply gave condition that you wait until we procure the equipment.
So chill with your products until we come up with screening mechanism to check you up.

But a source from Tanzania's Ministry of Industry and Trade who requested anonymity told The EastAfrican that the government supported the ban which would help to crack down on unscrupulous traders who have been exporting fake re-fills to Kenya, and the mushrooming of illegal cooking gas plants along the border.

"We support Kenya on the ban because there are a number of unscrupulous traders who have established illegal plants for refilling the cylinders and selling them in Kenya. There are about three illegal refilling plants along the Tanzania- Kenya boarder and the situation had to be addressed,” said the source.

Kenya has very valid reasons to ban...actually, it hasnt banned, only gave the directive that they should be passed thru Mombasa, not at Namanga.

What you've just quoted was when Tanzania didn't know Kenya's intention. But now we know,"auae kwa upanga, na yeye ata kufa kwa upanga".

The gas is perfect, ni unyang'au wenu tu, kama ni harufu ikiwa inaleak inanukia vizuri, in fact they're hard to leak, we unadhani mpaka wananunua ya Tz ni kwamba hawazijui za Kenya, wanazijua sana sema ndio hivo tumewazidi ujanja, mkaamua kuleta uhuni, sasa serikali ya Tz imesema itaretaliate or else you follow our directives, and as we all knew you must adhere to our directives otherwise you have a lot to loose, soma hapa Kenya kununua mashine ya kukagua ubora wa gesi inayotoka Tanzania

Hata sisi tuna maziwa mengi mnaleta mziwa yenu ambayo ni bei kubwa na haya originate Kenya. Hata Kenya Airways nayo ni tawi la KLM ya uholanzi nayo isiwe considered kama ina originate Kenya maana ina ugeni. Hata hizo tyres siyo za Kenya ni watu kutoka huko wanapitia Kenya. Kwahiyo ni fair kupeana ban mtu asilalamikie mwingine.

What then is the point of harmonizing standards across the region? A quality mark from the Tanzania Bureau of Standards should be just as good as one from KBS. Kama gesi inauzika TZ basi na Kenya itauzika, and that's how the common market works!
