I got an invitation from my friend, i visted her in dar es salaam, life is good, city is good too
Accommodation is easy to find, plenty of estate agents everywhere, prices for apartments range from 150,000 tzsh per month for a room in a kinondoni area, mwanamboka, flat with no kitchen and tolilet facilities to 80,000 per month for a chick 2-bed apartment with parking. One month to 3-month deposit required, people told me that every year or two (depending on contract) rent goes up a lot so people are forced to change accommodation often or pay over the odds.
Foreigners usually go for swimming sun rise beach in kigamboni, kunduchi also, I also attended cinema at Mliman city,
Dar es salaam night life
what made me happy is concerning with safety and security, people moves all the night without being disturbed,(In Kigali you must be at your home exactly 9 pm not beyond,) last Friday I and friends attended music concert at MK bar and Meridian Pub , sweet life over there,Tanzanians are really enjoying life,
Good enough Tanzanian boys are not courageous to follow a lady to express feelings, what they do is just pointing fingers towards sweet ladies passing around,
Around sinza we visited corner bar , that area if full of shit of messing up with Gods' rules, but near the bar we got some fried chicken and i also tried one beer tusker for my first time,
we moved on to another side i think is mandela road, this is full of small bars ,
what i really noticed (most of bar attendants are ladies no boys) i think boys are selective,
Also am planning next Friday to tour around manzese to tabata
Transport - get a motorbike, that's the most convenient transport method here. Car is definitely not convenient due to traffic jam in local and feeder roads, but ireally appreciate BRT buses remind me when i was in Brussels last year, it is to cheap to travel by means of bus transport
Ferry- people living in kigamboni (other side of the city) normally use MV Magononi to cross Indian ocean
Actractive areas
Avic city kigamboni, woww thats waaaw the city is soo good, no any part of city resemble that in east and central Africa,
I normal visit other cities but in east africa no city like Dar es salaam,
people will urgue basing on kigali, kigali is just small can not even be compared to kinondoni, the good thing about kigali is cleanless of city,
Nairobi their most attractive part is westland and parkland near west gates, to be honest dar es salaam is a modern city, but that ares can not be compared to masaki or other parts like avic city,
mode of transport in Nairobi is fusos cut to be buses you cant imagine no good transport in Kenya(intercity transport),
only things they have old flyovers which are not well maintained giving bad smell, you cant compare ubungo flyover with any of other countries in east africa, i was been in Burundi, kampala hahaha is just (katogo) means mixture of shits over there,
I will be coming again and again,
But most of Tanzanians are lazy like Rwandeese not like kenyans

Thank you for your observations, how did you know their laziness? HAVE YOU BEEN IN RWANDA?
