Naunga mkono, mimi nafanya kick boxing, its funny and burn calories alot. Muhimu uwe na stamina ya kuaminika. Kwa kuaniza acha beer, all red meat punguza labda once a week na mikaango pia, top up with exercise utaona matokeo.
