Kwani wanawake wanatoa manii?.
lengo la kula ni kuongeza manii ili yawe mengi na hivyo aweze kumaliza ama kupiz mara nyingi.

Kwa hiyo suala la karanga linamhusu mwanaume tu na sio mwanamke si ndivyo?

Unajua karanga zina protini nyingi zinaenda kuzalisha manii mengi kwa muda mfupi ili upate hamu ya kumwaga shahawa hizo unatakiwa msukumo wa damu uwe mkubwa ukinywa Konyagi na Zanzi au ukanywa Grants' au pombe kali yoyote unapata hamu ya kumega na ukipanda kifuani au ukapiga mbuzi kakataa kusogea au kikambare ni balaa kutokana na msukumo wa damu dushelele linabaki limesimama
 
Zinaongeza vyote nguvu za kiume na wingi wa shahawa kwa mwanaume...

Kwa mwanamke huongeza hamu ya kufanya mapenzi...kwa kawaida karanga hutengenezwa na mafuta (monounsaturated fats) na fats hizi huongeza kiwango cha vichocheo vya dopamine...hivyo ongezeko la dopamine husababisha ongezeko la hamu ya kudinyana kwa mwanamke...

Karanga hazina protini nyingi kivile. Nyama (ya ng'ombe hususan) ina protini nyingi kuliko karanga , maziwa, maharage, na mayai.
 
Matola hili la kutafuna mchele sikulijua, ndio nasikia kwa mara ya kwanza kwako. Japo sijapata connection iliyopo kati ya kula mchele na kuwa na hamu ya kufanya ngono. Nadhani wanaume baadhi waliosoma bango lako watalifanyia kazi.

Inadaiwa kuwa kuna uhusiano kati ya karanga na madini ya zinc. Karanga na jamii yake zina zinc. Madini ya zinc yana faida mwilini. Baadhi ya faida hizo ni pamoja na ku-maintain testosterone na kuongeza, sperms, appetite, mood na taste. Labda hizi ndiyo zinaongeza kwa hamu ya kujahimiana?

Kwa wanawake wajawazito, wanashauriwa wale vyakula vyenye madini ya zinc ili kusaidia mtoto kuzaliwa na uzito unaostahili. Zipo studies zinazodai kuwa kwa vile karanga zina madini ya zinc basi zinasaidia kuzalisha sperms zenye afya kwa kuongeza sperm count na motility (sperms kuogelea spontaneously and actively whilst consuming energy in the process).

Mfano, a USDA study found that semen volume dropped 30 percent when zinc intake was low. Research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that male volunteers who consumed low amounts of zinc exhibited decreased semen volumes and serum testosterone concentrations.

Zinc deficiency has been found to have a severe impact on the male prostate gland. Zinc deficiency predisposes the prostate to infection (prostatis) which may lead to enlargement of the prostate gland (prostatic hypertrophy).


Pia wapo wananaofanya study ya uhusiano kati ya nuts na ubora (siyo wingi) wa sperms. Experts at the Azienda Ospedaliera Citta della Salute e della Scienza di Torino, a hospital in Turin, are conducting a study of 100 men which will attempt to prove the theory that consuming as little as seven nuts a day (almonds, walnuts, peanuts and hazelnuts) can have a significant effect on the quality of sperm. Admittedly, the theory has been around for some time.

In 2012, a research team at the University of California published the results of a study which showed that men who consumed 75g of walnuts each day experienced a marked improvement in sperm vitality, motility and morphology.


Their conclusion was that there is a direct link between an increase in the consumption of polyunsaturated fatty acids (which exist at high levels in nuts) and an improvement in sperm quality among healthy men eating a western diet.
