Ktk hii model ninayoifikiria, the sub-jopos zitakuwa zinaripoti kwa central jopo ambalo litaoptimize utendaji wa hivi vijopo. Merit ya kuwa memba wa hivi vijopo na jopo kuu ni your patriotism & technical knowhow, na system ya kufanya kazi itakuwa inafanya kazi ktk mfumo transparent and free from subjectivity and other nonsense.

Unless tuna-adopt mfumo ambao ni competitive ambao upo free of politics and subjectivity and opinions, kila siku tutakuwa tunaongelea haya matatizo ad infinitum.

In order to be a member of these sub-jopos umesema u need to be a patriotic and technical know-how. Mwakusya is a prof and a patriotic who runs a afya sub-jopo. Halafu umeongeza kwamba we need to be free of "politics, subjectivity and other opinions". So u want to take away magazeti, and jamii forums because these will be subjective to opinions. We have been in that path before, it is called socialism. And it has never worked. Muulize Marx, Engles, Lenin, Stalin, Atlee, Mao, Nyerere and all of 'em.

Hapa tunapambanua ideas, tunataka tuone conflicting of ideas kwa ajili ya maendeleo ya Taifa. At least kwa upande wangu hivi ndivo ninavoona.

In Tanzania, it is the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology that would have thought and implemented all the good thoughts raised above, to take us at least the right way towards that route, but what is really happening there is all shames even noting it here. Good people, we are equally fearing the direction we are headed! Serikali should put our resources where our mouths are. Tume ya Sayansi is now a liability, people just go there for the sake of going. Their DG goes shopping to Geneva on government expenses instead of promoting S&T for our national development. It is sad but the history will judge us as a generation for all the evils we are witnessing happening without forcing the government to take action! God bless the poor Tanzanians and may you punish all those sabotaging the scientifc development efforts in Tanzania! Amen

i have read the thread, its wonderful, also i read all of your contribution, there is little i can add as you have all write everything, it seems we all know what is the problem and i once said solution ndio inakua ngumu kuikubali nikawai kuandika kwenye thread moja kwamba inaitaji kua mwendawazimu kuongelea mapinduzi kama yale ya azimio la arusha, kama la kule china kama la kule venezuela kama la kule cuba lakini ukweli ni kwamba iyo ndio njia pekee kutoa hawa vibaraka wa magharibi kwa nguvu ktk madaraka na kuweka structure mpya ambayo itachukua na kuendesha njia kuu za uchumi nje ya apo ni tutashia kulalamika tu!

i have read the thread, its wonderful, also i read all of your contribution, there is little i can add as you have all write everything, it seems we all know what is the problem and i once said solution ndio inakua ngumu kuikubali nikawai kuandika kwenye thread moja kwamba inaitaji kua mwendawazimu kuongelea mapinduzi kama yale ya azimio la arusha, kama la kule china kama la kule venezuela kama la kule cuba lakini ukweli ni kwamba iyo ndio njia pekee kutoa hawa vibaraka wa magharibi kwa nguvu ktk madaraka na kuweka structure mpya ambayo itachukua na kuendesha njia kuu za uchumi nje ya apo ni tutashia kulalamika tu!

Kamanda hoja zako ni sawia kabisa. Inashangaza saana watu humu wanadhani mambo yatatengemaa under current filthy mediocre utawala wa kuganga njaa na kujaza matumbo with zero vision. Seriously huezi ukategemea mambo ya uvumbuzi yata-improve under current situation & system, unless kama unamatatizo ya kuobserve facts. Ndo maana mara kadhaa nime-challenge watu humu kua huezi kutegemea utachipua mnazi kwa kupanda chelewa, technically huezi vuna madafu from chelewa. Sadly wengi wetu tunasubiria kula madafu.
