Without Devolution I'm pretty much sure Makueni County could not have received this kind of development. Makueni Fruit Processing Plant will soon open it's 'ready to drink' line. It has been quite a game changer in reducing post harvest losses by upto 40% and close to 40K farmers have benefited. @Devolution_254
