He is dumb. Dumb because he should have known better but he didn't. Now he is suffering the consequences of his dumbness.
If one does dumb shit repeatedly, what do you call them? The man was already on probation when that incident went down. He was skating on thin ice already ...why put yourself in a situation that can violate your probation and potentially get you in more trouble? He [Suge] ain't no different from OJ. They are both dumb.
And calling him dumb doesn't in any way take away his street cred or whatever. You can come from the streets and still be smart. You can also come from the streets and still be dumb about the ways of the world.
I think Suge is a cross between the two. Yes, helped built a successful record label. But where is it now? Bad Boy is still around and just the other day Diddy kicked off his reunion or anniversary tour or something like that...
Lastly, there are a lot of people in America who come from the trenches and regardless of those circumstances, they do good for themselves and are upstanding members of the American society.
