He won't avoid jail time, but could serve less time for involuntary manslaughter.

A plea deal would mean the prosecution compromising, so a victory to Suge. Honestly, I have not bothered following up on that case at all, since Bone refused to "snitch". He will go to jail for sure, but not for murder.
