This is The Law Robert Alai Broke by Tweeting Uhuru's Phone Number
Last weekend, blogger Robert Alai tweeted the personal phone numbers of President Uhuru Kenyatta, his deputy William Ruto and Uhuru's PA Jomo Gecaga. He urged Kenyans to call them and ask them about the passengers who were stranded in Turkana.
It is common for people to doubt some of the phone numbers he tweets, but on this one Truecaller was on his side.
So, should personal phone numbers of public leaders be made public.
Apparently not; and this is according to Section 31.
