Kwa vile Mimi sio mtaalamu wa mambo ya uzito ninaomba wenye uelewa wa uzito wa mwili anipe ufanunuzi kidogo(ila asiwe doctor uchwara)
Nina urefu wa mita 1.78,Nina kilo 58kg je?uzito wangu unalingana na urefu wangu au gym inanihusu!?

Kuwa chini nazani siyo vibaya sana!
BMI huwa ina ranges from minimum to maximum!
Pia mazoezi siyo kwaajiri ya kupunguza uzito bali pia kwaajiri ya kuufanya mwili kuwa fit!
Wachina/ Wakorea/ wazungu n.k pamoja na miili yao ya umbaumbau lakini mazoezi kwao ni kama Pete na Chanda!

BMI=uzito(kg)÷(urefu (m))² =58÷1.78²= 18.3. Ni sawa, kwa kawaida BMI inashauriwa iwe kati ya 18 mpaka 23. Kupungua au kuzidi ni tatizo
