I hav heard all that, but I see very little commitment by the member countries to really actualize that. It may not happen, certainly not in our lifetime, or even in our immediate offsprings lifetime.Do you know that the last thing of the community is political federation? Its means that until 2030 the community is going to be a federal state.

It will not be the community again. It is going to be a sovereign state. It's my first time am seeing comment ya kiungwana from u.I'm surprised.IIf we were to establish this new republic u suggest to be christened UREA, its capital would then have to be located at more central position within the territory. Mwanza, Atusha.....and the nearby citirs would be more ideal.
