It was just last mont when I said that ATCL lack passengers and are just parked outside JNIA from morning to evening and I was almost beheaded in this forum, today I'm back with the same claim. Before I make my conclusion I want an answer, is that Tanzanian armies lack transporting aeroplanes or ATCL lack customers? If in any case they lack planes then what about ATLC?
