Does NECTA's adding P or S in front of a school number means anything?

I have been wondering about the way NECTA gives schools their number

Do the P or S before a school means something? If so what do these two letters mean?

Is there other letters used in front of school number ?

I think the letter P or S is placed just before the name of the school...

P stands for examination centers with private candidates, those who are resitting for their secondary exams, while S stands for examination centers with school candidates, those students sitting for the first time for their secondary exam!

Also is there a way of knowing private or public school from NECTA info?
