Goose step/Quick march

Slow march
Eyes forward
Eyes left
Eyes right
About turn
Right turn
Left turn
Change step
to the front salute
etc etc

Parade rest - mapumziko ya gwaride
Slow match - mwendo wa pole
Eyes forward - Macho mbele
Eyes left - Macho kushoto
Eyes right - (Macho) kulia
About turn - Nyuma geuka
Right turn - Kulia geuka
Left turn - Kushoto geuka

Quick march - mwendo wa haraka
note: Stand at EASE--- miguuu pande! (miguu inakuwa upande na mikono nyuma)
Parade rest?? (Stand EASY) - legeza mwili... (miguu inakuwa upande na "light movement" zinaruhusiwa)
Dismiss - gwaride...! taaawanyika!
Slow march - mwendo wa pole
Eyes forward - machoooo mbele (mbere - koplo Chacha)
Eyes left - machooo kushoto
Eyes right - machooo kulia
About turn - nyumaaa geuka!
Right turn ---- kuliaaaa geuka
