I need the drill commands that we use for marching. I know some of them but I need a few more.

Stand at ease - mguu pande
Attention - mguu sawa
Forward march
Goose step/Quick march
Parade rest
Dismiss
Slow march
Eyes forward
Eyes left
Eyes right
About turn
Right turn
Left turn
Change step
to the front salute
etc etc

note: Stand at EASE--- miguuu pande! (miguu inakuwa upande na mikono nyuma)
Parade rest?? (Stand EASY) - legeza mwili... (miguu inakuwa upande na "light movement" zinaruhusiwa)
Dismiss - gwaride...! taaawanyika!
Slow march - mwendo wa pole
Eyes forward - machoooo mbele (mbere - koplo Chacha)
Eyes left - machooo kushoto
Eyes right - machooo kulia
About turn - nyumaaa geuka!
