The available slot for hosting the tournament isnt open before 2025,with proper supporting infrastructures EAC can bid as a block and host the tournment in 2025.
Cities like Kigali,Kampala,Mombasa,Arusha,Dar es Salaam,Nairobi ,Mwanza,Bujumbura and Zanzibar in collaboration with the organising committee can make the first time this elite football tournament has taken place in East Africa.

What is needed for the mentioned city above to host major international matches?

Accomadation of the coming teams and their entourage/delegation to stay comfortably immediately before the tournament and after.Good hotels, lodges,restaurants or any standard modern room/house.

Match venues and training grounds,plenty of stadium,and multiple locations in the same city,just a standard renovations.

Transport
Airports,Rail stations,bus stations,harbours.Plently available[emoji2]

Good financial systems to facilitate transactionsl hapa ni mambo ya Debit/credit cards, QR,Multiple ATMs including proper network.

Security,on this issue nothing should be taken for granted.

we can host this thing very easily...especially if we do it as a block...TZ already has a good stadium in Dar Es Salaam...plus there is a lot of time until 2025....AFCON ni tournament ndogo tu hata sijui kwanini watu wanasema haiwezekani......hii tournament hata Rwanda tu inaweza host...wacha hata 2025, EAC inaweza ikahost AFCON mwaka ujao
