We have already passed that stage, And 4 your project, the pipeline and the storage tanks are 2 separate project, the storage tanks will probably be launched much later on its own if indeed it will have the largest storage capacity in the region, which means ours will already be operational ...
But no need to argue over that as the two will be oranges and apples, Your tanks will be for crude while ours will be fore refined

Total wametangaza watajenga storage tanks tano zenye ujazo wa 500,000barrels each, jumla 2.5m barrels. Kenya na uzalishaji wenu wa 2000barrels/day ni ndoto kuwa na storage tanks kubwa namna hii.
