We have the most equipped military transport facilities in this part of Africa, if you can't transport soldiers and support material to the battle scene you are well cooked.

SGR Kenya spent too much money, but Tanzania is getting more advanced and modern railway than Kenya, stop thinking that big budget is the same as having better commodity, corruption is a major determinant factor.
