If the United States of America or Britain is having elections, they don't ask for observers from Africa or from Asia. But when we have elections, they want observers WHY?

if the united states of america or britain is having elections, they don't ask for observers from africa or from asia. But when we have elections, they want observers why?

in africa we dont have a tradition of smooth transfer of power, foristance in tanzania we have seen a lot of irregularity in the past elections and even now rulers like kikwete will do anything to stay in power, so they know how african ruler are greedy and selfish!

but in america or europe they have leaders who are civilised and transfer of power is alwys smooth no matter how the election is contested! For example al-gore vs george w. Bush , al-gore had to give up for bush just to heal the country which was very much divided! That is patriotic and stateman quality which most of african rulers they dont have. Most of african ruler they think they are important more than the country herself, and some of them believe their better than anyone in the country, that is a real problem of africa. And most of african election are not free and fair
