The associated vision of the school is to offer twenty first century secondary education, knowledge and skills of the highest order, consistent with Tanzanias policy expectations in effectively participating in the global arena, based on relevant practical science and technology, on a sustainable basis.
Uongozi wa shule ya Elite Secondary unawatangazia nafasi za masomo ya kidato cha kwanza, cha pili na cha tatu kwa mwaka ujao kuanzia tarehe 13/01/2014. Mtihani wa kujiunga na kidato cha kwanza na cha tatu inafanyika kila jumatano na ijumaa kuanzia tarehe 02/10/2013 mpaka tarehe 24/01/2014. Mitihani itafanyika shuleni Elite saa tatu kamili asubuhi. Wanao jiunga na kidato cha tatu wanatakiwa kuja na matokeo ya NECTA ya kidato cha pili yanayoonyesha kiwango cha kufaulu.
Shule ipo Kisongo Loovilukuny, mahali tulivu kwa wanafunzi kusoma, na inayo walimu wa kutosha wenye shahada waliobobea kwenye taaluma ya ufundishaji.
Elite Secondary inapokea wanafunzi wa kike na wa kiume, na ni ya bweni na kutwa ila uongozi wa shule unasisitiza mzazi amlete mtoto asome boarding, ikiwa ni kwamba wanaofaulu kwa kiwango kizuri zaidi ni wale wanao lala shuleni.
