I couldn't add any futher... YOU HAVE SPOKEN THE TRUTH...The problem is, the writing and speaking skills are shallowly taught in schools, worse enough they're taught by people (teachers) who (Most of them) haven't master the language yet!

So, schooling isn't satisfactory in mastering the language. I advice scholars to put more effort in self-learning through reading books, magazines, newsletters et.c. but most important, practice what you learn!!
