He/she need not have a payed teacher if he/she is at this free platform. Just he/she need his/her extra time to study a language freely here.

Mr. Tokyo40, still I am in language exercise, I see the changes even not perfectly. Today I ask about the uses of BE and BEING with their crucial differencies in when we use they. And I wish to know about sentences which ended by the words OFF/ON. For example what the meaning of speak off/on?

Hi Open School.

I hope this explanation will help with your studies.

BEING is the present participle form of "to be," and indicates that an action or event is ongoing in the present.

1. He is being rude to her.

2. We're being questioned by the police.

TO BE is also used for sentences which expresses emotion, wishes, opinions, judgements, necessities, possibilities or actions that has not yet occurred.

1. I wish to be emotionally strong like my grandfather.

2. I wish to be unknown in JF.

3. To be rich is glorious.

4. To be honest, I don't like Donald Trump.

5. I wish the next President of the United States to be Hillary Clinton.

6. In order to work here, you have to be a citizen.

7. Frankly speaking, you have to be drunk to sleep with that woman!

BEING can be a noun.

1. A human being.

BEING as a garung:

1. Do you like being so ignorant?

BEEN is the PAST participle of the verb TO BE.

BEEN is always used in conjunction with the verb TO HAVE, which is its auxiliary verb. The auxiliary verb for BEING, on the other hand, is the verb TO BE (e.g., is, are, was).

For example:

1. He is being stupid.

He is been stupid. (Wrong grammar)

(BEEN goes with has.)

1. He has been stupid.

I don't quite understand your second question concerning off/on. Try to use it in sentences.

If you speak "off the cuff", you say something without having prepared or thought about your words first:

I hadn't prepared a speech so I just said a few words off the cuff.

Regarding your concern on the red highlighted part, please find information on what are auxiliary verbs, you are mixing between main verbs and auxiliary verbs. You can start here
