You are insisting on "how is things buddy" instead of "how are things buddy". Can you shed more light on this! And what about " how are you " &" how is you " which one is correct!

I think i know how to speak and write in english bt most of the time when i start to speak i tremble tell me what's wrong..

In your case the issue is not language, the issue is, you are lacking public speaking/ communication skills.

Keep this in mind:
The bigger the crowd the less they are going to pay attention. Also make sure you know what you want to talk about.
If in class, make sure you have the right materials that you gon present before them.
