In your case the issue is not language, the issue is, you are lacking public speaking/ communication skills.I think i know how to speak and write in english bt most of the time when i start to speak i tremble tell me what's wrong..

The bigger the crowd the less they are going to pay attention. Also make sure you know what you want to talk about.
