Dear Ishina,
I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to you. You have introduced something very interesting and easy way of improving my English comprehension.I have already joined English class 101,though not yet registerd to the premium package(it is on my plan). The website is very user friend ,interesting and easy to understand the topic of the day.I usually visit other suggested websites, listen english program radio and watch BBC news.Real it works and I see some changes .
I need you help my dears JF ,I am facing one major problem with the pronounciation of some tv or Radio presenters,I don't hear them propery(may be they speak too fast),I found myself concetrating much to hear what they say, unfortunaterly I end up catching some few words!please help me any strategy?
Thanks
Hello mama Wawili to improve your writing skill when writing, check to make sure your English words are not red underlined showing someting is wrong with the spelling. For the red underlined word when you right click it you will be give option to choose the word you intended to write.
Eg from your above the following words are not properly written:
registerd, concetrating, unfortunaterly .You liked my post on 'be precise' but in this article of yours you have not done proofreading .
About the radio and TV presenters when listening to them relax it is not necessary to understand everything, just listen to them for the sake of understanding the contents(what they are talking about). There are a lot to learn when listening to someone, pronounciation ,tenses, how to make sentence, adverbs and adjective etc.
Also in writing be careful about England and American english
eg. neighbor(American),neighbour (England),I suggest you learn England English and not American although when typing om MS word it may be red underlined not because it is wrong it is because the program is using American English.
