ERLING HAALAND has signed a megabucks new deal at Manchester City - but he is still far from being the top earner in football.
The Norweigian hitman put pen to paper on a new contract that will run until 2034.
Haaland, 25, will earn an eye-watering £260million over the length of the deal.
The striker will pocket a cool £500,000-per-week, a significant increase on his previous £375,000-per-week salary.
The extension sees the Citizens strengthen their position to keep hold of Haaland amid interest from Real Madrid.
However, despite his stunning new pay packet, he is only the ninth highest-paid player in football.
