These estimations are made under ceteris paribas. It's very likely the estimate to go the other way around. Currently, in Tanzania the movement of people to Dar from other places of the country has started to slow down. This is because all regions are well connected with tarmac roads, electricity, telephone, etc. Anything which was only one point in time obtained in Dar, is now found almost every region. So the young generation is not much interested in to move to Dar as it was used to be. I think the figure wont be as predicted.
