Elections 2010 Exclussive: RO and TISS are intefering with CCM's Primaries

Hi dear friends,

Me and my little ones (vinzi) we have been moving around the country following CCM's election primaries. It has come to my attention that yesterday RO has confirmed what some of us have sensed for sometime now about CCM's candidates in the primary that some candidates are too important to the future of the party "and the country" that can and must not be allowed to lose. It is alleged that he directed some DSOs around the country to spare no expense in ensuring some certain candidates preferred by high level government officials sail through the primaries.

- In Mkuranga the DSO Mr. Rashid Gongo has been directed to offer full support in all ways to ensure that Mr. Adam Malima (current MP) wins. The other candidates (Kiame and Ulega) have complained to PCCB about what they perceive to be corrupt practices done by Mr. Malima's wife with no action taken so far. PCCB officers have been told not to interfere.

- In Mafia another candidate purportedly to be supported by RO is poised to win even though it is a known fact in the IC that he has been using a fake O'level certificate (that of his younger brother). The candidate Abdukarim Buji as you remember was one of the members in the preparation committee for RO's daughter few weeks ago as reported by M.

- There are other areas around the country where some DSOs for what seems to be "orders from the top" are clearly interfering with the process CCM's primaries by making it very hard for PCCB's officials to work freely and independently. If things stands as they are PCCB will probably not bring any high level politician to court even when the evidence for their involvement in corruption is clear. So far what we can say for sure is that money is not a problem in this plan.

We are splitting to cover more intelligence briefs some are going to the Lake Zone, others will be in the Southern regions while others will remain in Dar to bring your more good stuff.

That is great news, I hope Tanzanians will understand this time the situation which is so bad now. Lets us act/play our part, wait and see what happens this year (while knowing that what we are doing is for this country) and not for individual. So far as I know, more of the ruling part candidates will never stop corrupting people because that is what they found since when they became members of the party.

The alias and acronyms: RO, Mr M., TISS, and the etc. make the reading like hell! Anyway, important to all these is the message conveyed to those supposed to handle the fate of our country. The message itself is not an academic exercise it is for reasonable and thinking citizens.

Jukwaa la siasa sasa limejaa neno, rushwa, rushwa, rushwa, etc. Kama kweli usalama wan chi hawataona lolote la kujifunza kutokana na vurugu kama hizi basi tuna halali ya kusema hatuna serikali. Vurugu za aina hii kwa wagombea toka chama kimoja! Ningeelewa kama matatizo kama haya yangetokea kwa wagombea wa vyama tofauti. Hiyo ni kawaida. Lakini siyo hii.

Hata hivyo nasema haya yote niliyategemea sababu kubwa ni uzembe wa serikali na hasa Rais kukubali kuwafanya wanasiasa kuwa ndo watu wanaopata malipo bora kuliko wote. Hakuna siasa wala maendeleo. Ni ulafi wa kipato tu!

Ila tuangalie na dimension nyingine, watu wa TISS (Usalama wa Taifa) wanatumiwa pia to sabotage candidates kwenye primaries ambao wanaonekana kuleta chokochoko kwa wakubwa wa nchi na utawala wa JK. Wanasiasa kama Samuel Sitta, Harisson Mwakyembe na wengineo wako hatarini kuenguliwa kwa kutumia haohao DSO (district security officers) wa TISS na maofisa wa PCCB. Bosi wa PCCB, Edward Hoseah, ameapa kuwa lazima afe na wabunge waliomjeruhi kwenye kashfa ya Richmond. He has a personal vendetta kali sana sana.
Pia RO (bosi wa TISS wa sasa) is not fully in control ya Usalama wa Taifa. Bado bosi wa zamani, CA, ana nguvu kubwa kwenye system na pia hao DSO na maofisa wengine wa TISS wamekuwa mercenaries, wanafanya kazi na kumtumikia the highest bidder kutokana na jinsi rushwa ilivyokuwa so institutionalised hapa nchini.
Hapo ndiyo mafisadi kama Edward Lowassa na Rostam Aziz wanapotumia pesa zao haramu kuwamaliza maadui wao wa kisiasa kwa kuitumia TISS na PCCB.

Mhhh Kwa hiyo kumbe kuna maoperative wa TISS ambao ni wanasiasa.

Au mfumo wa TISS inabidi wawe na "special operatives" mpaka mjengoni ambao ni muhimu kuwabeba? Kwa nini wasiwaelekeze baadhi ya maoperayive wao wagombee kwa vyama vingine nje ya chama tawala na TISS watumie njia zozote kuhakikisha wanashinda.?
