Hahaaaa. in fwact, tax collection requires advanced technology. our educ sytem ecourages memorisation rather than thinking. we depend on tech developed by people from whom we want tax money, what do you expect?

That's true my best. We Africans we mostly import and make use of those goods which are no longer used in those developed nations, E.g taxation system. its copied and pasted and not only goods, but also even monitory and fiscal policies adopted by our African nations there are not our home ground policies we are just implementing them as a way to obtain grants, aids, loans as well as debts cancellation. More truth on these just path through your national policy you will see sectoral, departmental, and even ministry policies we are implementing are not ours but its from external forces from our donors including IMF, WORLD BANK etc. M.D.Gs is ours?
