Michelle, nijitahidi kufanya mazoezi, ama dayati siiwezi kusema ukweli, nasio kama natumia mafuta or vyakula vya fat na masamli. Chakula changu ni normal, sijui nimesibiwa na nini labda kama ulivyosema kuna mushkel mwengine. Thanks.
